Goal
Sign in with your university account to open the Rubriq assessments you have access to.
Where you are
Signing in is the first step. Afterwards Rubriq opens My assessments, where you import a quiz or assignment and continue with its six stages.
What matters here
Use your university credentials; you do not need a separate Rubriq password. An administrator must first add and enable your account. If Rubriq refuses access, ask the administrator to check the username or email and account status.
How to do it
- Press Sign in with Brightspace.
- Complete the university sign-in and any authenticator step it requests.
- Rubriq opens My assessments. Use Import assessment for your first quiz or assignment.
Controls and details
Sign in with Brightspace
Rubriq uses the university's Brightspace sign-in, so you use your normal university account and its authentication steps, without a separate Rubriq password. An administrator must already have added and enabled your username or email, because Rubriq creates no accounts at sign-in. At your first sign-in, Rubriq links the approved account to your verified Brightspace identity.
Connection errors
Use the retry or reconnect action that the page offers. If Rubriq refuses access, ask your administrator to check that your account is enabled and that you have access to the course. Your saved assessment work stays in Rubriq.
