Where you are
My assessments is your starting page after sign-in. It lists assessments you imported and those shared with you by colleagues. Open an assessment to continue at its overview, or use Import assessment to add one from Brightspace.
What matters here
Use the course, current step and last activity to find the workspace you need. Open its overview to check the status of each stage before continuing.
How to do it
- Use Import assessment to add a quiz or assignment from Brightspace.
- Open an assessment by its name to see its overview and continue at the stage you need.
- Use the course breadcrumb to limit the list to one course, and Deleted assessments to recover removed work.

Import assessment
Choose a Brightspace course, then the quiz or assignment you want to grade. Rubriq creates a workspace with the structure of the assessment and the list of students. Grading and publication are separate later steps that you start yourself.
Assessment name or arrow
Open an assessment to see its overview with all six stages. The table shows the course, the type of assessment, the number of submissions, the current step and the last activity. Current step suggests where to continue; the overview shows the progress of each stage.
Course view and Deleted assessments
A course breadcrumb limits the table to the work imported from that course, and Assessments in the breadcrumb shows all your work again. Deleted assessments lists removed workspaces that you can recover from their safety snapshots.
